Guokui (English: Guo Kui), also known as Guo Kui and Dry Mill, is a local traditional pasta snack that urban and rural residents in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province and Wuwei area of Gansu Province like to eat. The cake is two feet in diameter, round and thick, like a pot cover.

Guo Kui originated as a gift from grandma to grandson He, and later developed into a flavor convenience food. Take wheat flour, press in straw and flour, and bake in a shallow pot with slow fire. There is a phrase in the jingle "Top Ten Monsters in Shaanxi" compiled by foreigners in the province that "steamed bread is like a pot cover", which means a pot helmet. The famous ones in Guanzhong are Ganzhou Guo Kui, Jingyang Guo Kui, Wugong Guo Kui, Changwu Guo Kui, Qishan Guo Kui, Fufeng Guo Kui, Fengxiang Guo Kui and Xihe Guo Kui.
