1. Store in a ventilated place. Sometimes I buy a lot of strawberries and I can’t finish them all at the moment. If we want to eat for a few more days, we can use the ventilation preservation method. But remember, strawberries should not come into contact with water. Don't be in a hurry to clean. Once the strawberries become soggy, they will break if they are not eaten within the same day. Then keep the strawberries in good condition. If some are crushed or broken, eat them first. Store the good strawberries in a ventilated place at home, so that they can be stored for a day or two without spoiling.
2. Store in refrigerator. The most straightforward way to keep strawberries for a long time is to place them in the refrigerator. We can put the purchased strawberries into a plastic bag and seal the bag. This is mainly to prevent the strawberries from losing water before storing them in the refrigerator. The temperature of the refrigerator is usually between 0 and 3 degrees. The temperature is more suitable for storing strawberries so they don't go bad, but remember it can't be stored for too long or it will affect the taste.
3. Vacuum preservation. We all know that strawberries are berries, so they can easily rot or spoil when exposed to air. Then we want to preserve the strawberries and seal them out from the air. We can choose the strawberries we bought, pick out the broken strawberries, and then keep some intact ones, put them directly into the plastic bag, and then put the plastic bag into the water, so that with the influence of water pressure, the air bags in the plastic will be squeezed out , then seal the plastic bag and store it in a vacuum. Then place the plastic bag in the freezer of the refrigerator so that it can be stored no matter how long it takes.
