Ingredients
3g of ribs,
25g of peeled yam, 3-4 slices of ginger, 5g of medlar, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of chicken essence and appropriate amount of water.
Practice steps
Put a proper amount of clear water into the pot, boil it, then add the pork ribs and blanch them to whiten them, then take them out and drain them for later use;
Wash ribs, cut Chinese yam into pieces and soak in water for later use, slice ginger and soak Chinese wolfberry in water for later use;
put the ribs and ginger slices into a casserole, and add some water to boil;

Tips

Practice steps
Wash the ribs and chop them into small pieces;
put the ribs in cold water and blanch them to remove blood foam;
take out the ribs, wash them and drain them;
cut the onion into sections, and cut the ginger into thick strips;
heat the oil pan and stir-fry the ribs;
