The method of salted egg yolk tofu
1. Cut tofu into small pieces, bring water to a boil, add half a teaspoon of salt and cook for 2 minutes. 2. Do it during cooking tofu: Dice salted egg yolk and mince chives. 3. Drain the cooked tofu in cold water. 4. Put a little oil in the pot and stir-fry the diced egg yolk. 5. Add tofu and stir well. 6. Add half a bowl of water and a teaspoon of salt, boil them together on high fire and simmer for five minutes (more delicious). 7. Collect juice over high fire and sprinkle chopped green onion before cooking.
