Oven Steak Recipe

Steak 2 pieces

Black pepper according to personal preference

Salt according to personal preference

Butter according to personal preference

Oven Steak Directions ?

Line a baking dish with tinfoil, sprinkle both sides of the steak with black pepper and salt, butter the bottom of the steak, and then place the butter on the top

Preheat the oven to 420 degrees F. When it reaches the temperature, put the steak in the oven, and set the timer for 30 minutes

When it reaches the 20-minute mark, turn the steak over, and bake it for 10 minutes

After the 30-minute mark, pull out the steak and serve, and the steak should be around rare

The steak will be about medium rare.
