Ingredients:
Zucchini 30g
Onion 20g
Flour 20g
Water 20g
Egg
Small parsley 10g
Carrots 15g
Steps:
1.Zucchini onion and carrots julienned blanched!
2. Small parsley chopped, add zucchini onions carrots shredded, add eggs, flour, water, all ingredients mixed and stirred well into a paste!
3. Hot pan brush with oil and pour the paste, cover and simmer frying until shaped and turn over, fry until both sides are golden brown and cooked through!
