1. Ingredients: chicken breast, potatoes, carrots, onions, ginger, garlic, curry.
2. Cut carrots and potatoes into cubes and set aside.
3. Prepare your favorite curry.
4. Chop green onions and set aside.
5. Rinse the chicken breasts, cut into pieces, add salt, cooking wine, and pepper and marinate for a few minutes.
6. Stir-fry potato and carrot cubes in hot oil for about 2 minutes, take them out and set aside.
7. After sautéing the onions, ginger and garlic in hot oil, add the chicken pieces and stir-fry until they turn white.
8. Add potatoes and carrot pieces and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
9. Add boiling water that has not covered the ingredients, bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer over low heat.
10. Cook until the soup is almost reduced (if you like it thicker, add less water and cook for a while).
11. Before serving, sprinkle some chopped green onion and pour it on the rice.
