3 ripe bananas
Eggs 1
Sugar (white sugar or brown sugar is ok) 1/4 cups.
Yeast 1/4 teaspoons
Baking powder110 teaspoon
Flour 1 cup
Engine oil 1/4 cups

Press bananas into mud, add eggs, sugar, yeast and baking powder, and stir well.
Add flour to make batter.
Add oil and stir well.
Spread the waxed paper on the baking tray and oil it.
Pour in the batter and let it ferment for about 45 minutes (just make it nearly twice as big).
Put it in a steamer and steam for 50 minutes after the water boils. (You can also boil the water before putting it into the steamer).
Take out the pan and peel off the wax paper.
Change knives, load plates and enjoy!
