The content of protein is higher than the current domestic cultivation of flat mushrooms, double spore mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms and straw mushrooms. The nutrients of the Fenghuang Mushroom are very rich, and the dry matter contains protein as high as 21.2 %, and contains eight kinds of amino acids essential to the human body, the content of which accounts for more than 35 % of the total amount of all the amino acids. Fresh anchovy mushrooms contain 33 mg of vitamin C per 100 grams, which helps to improve the body's immune function. It also contains vitamin B1, B2, niacin and many minerals.
Three growth conditions: the optimal temperature for mycelial growth is 25-30 ℃; the growth of mushroom mycelium likes moisture. When the moisture content of the substrate in 50% to 70%, mycelial growth is best; below 50%, mycelial growth is slow; higher than 80% and high temperature is prone to make the substrate become acidic and odor, resulting in the cessation of mycelial growth. Mycelium growth stage does not need light, light rather inhibit the growth of mycelium.
