The briquette machine is the main production equipment of my country's urban briquette (usually also called coal cake, which punches a number of through holes in the cylindrical cake-shaped coal) production plant. It adds the coal powder to the mold barrel on the turntable. Inside, it is punched into honeycomb briquettes by a punch. It is suitable for medium and fine crushing of medium hard materials such as limestone, slag, coke, coal and other industrial sectors such as cement, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy, building materials, and refractory materials.

Structure and principle

The machine has a simple structure and is divided into five parts: body, rotation, feeding, stamping and conveying. All parts cooperate with each other to operate harmoniously and smoothly.

1. Machine body part: It consists of a platen and a machine base, which are opened into the skeleton entity of the machine.

2. Transmission part: composed of motor, pulley, gear, transmission shaft and other components. The motor rotates the gear shaft through the pulley and transmits it to the transmission shaft through two gears. It drives the dial through a pair of bevel gears and the rotating shaft, and the dial is turned to move the four-hole plate.

3. Feeding part: It consists of a rotating shaft, a hopper, and a stirrer. It uses an axial gear to drive the mixer to stir the coal evenly and load it into the mold barrel.

4. The stamping part mainly consists of four sliding rods, sliding beams, punch rods, punch rod seats, punches, movable pressure plates, movable mold bottoms, and springs. When the machine rotates, the two gears rotate and drive the sliding beam through the tie rod. When the punch goes down, the punch is forced to move down. The movable plate moves up and the spring tightens, pressing the coal into shape and punching it. The formed coal is loosened by the spring. It is determined by pressing the movable pressure plate tightly to compress the coal.

5. The conveying part is composed of conveyor frame, pulley, bracket and conveyor belt. The conveyor belt rotates randomly to send the formed coal out of the machine body. The adjustable screws on the conveyor frame can adjust the tightness of the conveyor belt.
