Raw materials for bean jelly
According to the records of literature and history, there was bean jelly in the Northern Song Dynasty, and there was "Xisuo bean jelly" in Yuan Zhen Meng's Dream of Tokyo.
According to the regional division, bean jelly can be classified into Zunyi pea bean jelly, Ningbo bean jelly, Cantonese bean jelly and Chaoshan grass cake.
