Salty yet sweet, the fish is delicious
Ingredients
6 pounds of fish body
Onion, ginger, garlic, salt, sugar, chicken essence , MSG, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and pepper in appropriate amounts
1 pack of cooking wine
1 fennel
5 dried red peppers

Clean the fish body and chop it into small cubes, then soak it with a small amount of salt for a while.
