Ingredients:
Crab, star anise, pepper, shallot, ginger, garlic, pepper, onion, celery, red pepper, oil consumption, soy sauce and salt.
Steps:
1. Crab wrapped in raw flour and fried in oil pan for later use.
2. Boil oil and saute ginger and garlic, pepper and star anise ginger.
3. Add crab and stir fry, add a spoonful of oil and stir fry twice, add side dishes and stir fry for one minute, add salt, stir fry to taste, and eat.
