Ingredients
2 tomatoes (medium size), 100g of fish fillets, 1 box of tofu ()
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce (30ml), 3 slices of ginger, 10g of garlic (finely chopped), chopped green onion, 2 teaspoons of cooking wine (10ml), 1 teaspoon of cornstarch (5ml), a pinch of pepper, salt to taste, oil
How to make
1: Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water in advance, remove the skin and cut into cubes. Marinate the fish fillets with cooking wine, cornstarch and a pinch of pepper and salt. Heat a wok, add about 2 tablespoons (30ml) of oil and sauté the ginger and garlic.
2. Add the tomato chunks and sauté.
3. Add tomato paste and saute together.
4. Add some boiling water and bring it to boil.
5. Cut tofu into slices and add to boil.
6. Add fish fillets and cook until browned, add salt to taste.
