Steps
1. Wash and cut the green vegetables and set aside.
2. Wash the oyster mushrooms and cut them into strips.
3. Cut the pork into slices and add appropriate amount of soy sauce.
4. Add cornstarch and knead evenly. After kneading, pat the meat with the back of a knife.
5. Add water to the pot and add pork after the water boils.
Wait for the pork to change color.
6. After the pork changes color, add green vegetables and oyster mushrooms together and cook over low heat for 6 minutes.
