method of work
1. Cut cauliflower into small flowers, remove tendons from peas and cut into rhombic slices, cut mushrooms into pieces, and cut tomatoes into 4 petals for later use.
2. Pour the oil into the microwave bowl, and stir-fry the minced garlic and oil in the microwave oven with high heat for 2 minutes (uncovered).
