1. Prepare 2.1kg of strawberries, put the strawberries in water, add a small amount of white vinegar to disinfect and soak. Wash some glasses and have them ready.
2. Put the soaked strawberries into the pot and crush them repeatedly. After they are all crushed into a puree, add 700g of white sugar.
3. Stir the sugar evenly, then boil it over high heat. Skim off the foam on top while cooking, add lemon juice, and cook over low heat until it forms a sauce.
4. After completion, take a small part and put it into cold water. If it does not fall apart, it means it is really completed and you can put it in a bottle.
