Effect of soaking wintersweet in wine
Chinese medicine believes that Chimonanthus praecox is slightly sweet, pungent and cool, and has the effects of relieving summer heat, promoting fluid production, stimulating appetite, relieving depression, detoxifying and promoting granulation, and relieving cough. Indications: dizziness, vomiting, fever, polydipsia, qi stagnation, nausea and cough. So wintersweet can't soak wine. If soaking in wine violates the medicinal properties of wintersweet, it will be counterproductive.
