Ingredients
1 handful of watercress
6 meatballs
2 slices of ginger
Adequate amount of water
How to make watercress and meatball soup
Soak the watercress in water for 10 minutes, then clean it and cut it into sections~
Wash the meatballs and cut them in half. Cut into crosses again~
Put an appropriate amount of water into the pot, bring to a boil, add ginger slices and meatballs and cook for 10 minutes~
Then add watercress and pour a little oil. Cook for about 5 minutes until cooked, add salt to taste~
