Ingredients: Pork belly, quail eggs, Tricholoma (six slices), millet spicy, garlic slices (minced garlic is ok), seasoning.
Exercise:
1. Fry quail eggs until the tiger skin is taken out.
2. Leave some base oil to stir-fry the pork belly until it is slightly burnt, add 1 tbsp cooking wine to remove the fishy smell, and then add garlic slices and millet to stir-fry until fragrant.
