Materials
Ingredients: 1/2 onion and 2 celery.
Accessories: 1 pepper, 1 tsp minced garlic, appropriate amount of coriander, 1 tsp tomato sauce, 1 tsp sweet and spicy sauce, 1 tsp soy sauce and sugar, 1 tsp canned pineapple juice and 1 tsp lemon juice.
Practice
) Shred onion, cut celery with a little salt, shred pepper, cut parsley, and cut pineapple into small pieces. ?
(2) Add seasonings to onion, celery, pepper, minced garlic and pineapple, stir together, and finally add coriander and mix well, then serve on a plate. ?
Tip: After cutting the onion, be sure to soak it in cold water for a while before cutting it, so as not to burst into tears.

1 onion, 5g shredded chai fish, 1 tbsp Japanese soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp fine sugar, 1 tbsp cold boiled water and 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Method
1. Peel and shred the onion, soak it in iced boiled water for about 3 minutes to make it more brittle, then take it out and drain it, and put it in a bowl for later use.
2. Mix all the seasonings together to make a sauce, pour it on the shredded onion in Method 1, and sprinkle with shredded firewood.
