Ingredients: 2 pieces of tofu, 1/2 onions, 2 tomatoes, 1 onion, 1 teaspoon garlic, 2 teaspoons curry powder.
Composition:
Seasoning: soy sauce 1/2 teaspoons, salt 1/4 teaspoons, sugar 2 tablespoons, water 1 cup. Sauce: 1 teaspoon cornflour, 2 tablespoons water.
Exercise:
1. Dehydrate tofu, cut it into thick slices, and fry it with slow fire until it is slightly yellow.
2, onion cut into pieces, tomatoes peeled and seeded, onion cut into sections.
3. Heat 2 tbsp oil, saute garlic, curry powder and onion, add tomatoes and seasonings, boil, bury and pour over tofu.
4. Then, string the tofu slices on the bamboo stick. Bake for 5 or 6 minutes, sprinkle with cumin powder, pepper powder and Chili powder. You're done!
