2. Accessories: peanuts, red beans, 20 pieces of palm leaves, ham 1 root, and pork belly 300g.
Step 3 practice:
(1) Soak the leaves of Zongzi, scrub them clean, put them in a large pot and cook them for about 10 minutes, and cook them with cotton thread for disinfection.
(2) Wash and soak the glutinous rice for two hours, then drain it and mix with a little oil and salt for later use.
(3) Soak red beans and peanuts for more than six hours, then add them into glutinous rice and mix well.
(4) Cut off both ends of the leaves.
(5) Slice pork belly and add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, white sugar, pepper powder and a small amount of spiced powder. Wash the ham, cook for 20 minutes, remove the excess salty oil and cut into large pieces.
(6) Take zongzi leaves, roll them up, put glutinous rice first, then pork belly and ham, then put glutinous rice, and wrap the zongzi in your favorite way and shape.
(7) After all the bags are wrapped, put them into a large pot, add enough cold water without zongzi, cover a layer of colander (the kind in the middle compartment of the steamer), press a dish, cover the pot and boil it, and then turn to low heat for about 3 hours.
