Penthorum chinense is a Sedum plant, also known as Monopterus albus, Salix, Eupatorium adenophorum and Eupatorium adenophorum. The whole grass is mainly used as medicine, and can be dried or used fresh after picking. Penthorum chinense DC. has the effects of promoting diuresis, eliminating dampness, removing blood stasis and relieving pain, and can be used to treat related problems. Appellations all point to the same plant, with slight differences in different regions.
