Preparation materials: dumpling wrapper, pork filling , light soy sauce, salt, ginger, oyster sauce, pepper, garlic, rice vinegar, chili oil, water, vegetable oil.

1. Chop more ginger into powder.

2. Add minced ginger to the pork filling.

3. Add salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and pepper and stir in one direction.

4. Prepare an appropriate amount of dumpling wrappers.

5. Add the meat stuffing and wrap it up. Add a little more stuffing.

6. Wrap all the dumpling wrappers in turn.

7. Boil water in the pot, add dumplings and bring to a boil over high heat.

8. After the water boils, add some cold water to stir it. Go back and forth 2 to 3 times until the dumplings swell and float.
