1: Videos from web pages can usually be found in the IE temp folder.

In internet options - (first) settings - view files You can find it in there.

Usually the viewed videos and also the music are loaded into the Temporary Internet Files folder on your local hard disk after playing.

If you have too much cache, empty this folder first, and then open your site and listen to it in its entirety, then open the folder above and there will be a cache file of the music format that you can download)

Note: You must play the video or the web page music in its entirety, or the web page music file, if there are too many files and you can't find them. Internet Files, you can clear all the files in Temporary Files, which is IE's cache

2: Download a fly web video player
