How to make crystal sago pudding?
Add sago to water and soak (do not stir) for about 3 hours.
Drain the water, add fine sugar and a little salad oil (add oil to prevent the steamed pudding from sticking to the mold) and mix well.
Add 1/3 of the small sago into the mold, then add a little honey red beans, and finally spread a layer of small sago on top of the honey red beans. Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil over high heat, then put it into the steamer and steam with the lid on for about 30 minutes.
After steaming until transparent and slightly cool, use a toothpick to carefully remove it from the mold.
Put it in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours and it will be delicious and chewy.
