It should be noted that:
1. When mixing the batter, the ratio of flour to water is 1: 2. No matter how much flour you put, as long as it is in this ratio, remember to mix the batter and add the egg mixture and stir well, so that the baked cake will not harden.
2. Prepare a pot, brush the oil inside, scoop a spoonful of batter, then shake the pot or scrape it flat with a scraper. Make the cake well. Don't burn for long. The cake will harden if it takes a long time.
