Preparation materials/tools: flour, yeast, edible alkali and water.
1. Add yeast powder to flour and mix well, and knead with cold water to form a slightly hard dough.
2. Cover the kneaded dough with plastic wrap to wake it up.
3. Wake up to twice the size.
4. Put some dry flour and proper amount of edible alkali on the panel.
5. Knead the waking dough smoothly.
6. Knead the smooth dough and divide it into ingredients.
7. Take one dose and knead it into a long strip.
8. Crush by hand or rolling pin.
9. Roll up from one end, and close at the bottom.
1. Roll up and stand up.
11. Press it and roll it into a small cake.
12. Don't put oil in the pot, put in the rolled green body and dry-brand it.
13. When the bottom of the steamed bun peels, it turns brown and the other side is seared until both sides are golden.
14. The baked buns are cut in the middle.
