Manufacturing steps of Euryale ferox cake

Euryale ferox is soaked in water for two days, cooked, dried (it's just winter, I put it on a heater for one day) and ground into powder with a cooking machine.

Stir Gordon Euryale seed powder, glutinous rice flour and fine sugar evenly.

Add water, pour it into a container, and compact it as much as possible, so that the cake is dense enough.

Steam in a steamer for 15 minutes, spread a layer of powdered sugar (or cooked glutinous rice flour) on the chopping board, and cut into pieces.
