Preheat the oven at 200 degrees.

Remove the frozen wild matsutake mushrooms and carefully rinse them under running water to remove the root sediment. Gently drain on kitchen paper

Slice, drizzle with olive oil/melted butter and mix well.

Lay on tin foil and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. I didn't melt the butter to save time, I used olive oil in the previous step and sprinkled the small diced butter over it in this step.
