In recent years, scientists found that saffron stamens contain saffron acid (Crocitin), saffron (safranal), saffron (Crocin) and saffron bittersweet (Protocrocin) and so on have strong anti-cancer activity. Especially for blood cancer cells, papillary cancer, flat cell tumor and soft tissue sarcoma have strong inhibitory effect.
