The method is as follows
Ingredients: lactone tofu, fungus, day lily oil, salt, chopped green onion, chicken broth, pepper, sesame oil, coriander, water starch.
Steps:
1. Soak the fungus and day lily in advance and wash them.
2. Open the lactone tofu, put it in a plate, and steam it in a steamer over high heat for 3-5 minutes.
3. Heat the chicken soup in a pot over low heat.
4. Wash and chop the fungus and day lily.
5. Pour a little less oil into the wok and sauté the chopped green onions
6. Pour in the fungus and day lily and stir-fry for a while and turn off the heat.
7. Pour the fried fungus and day lily into the chicken soup.
8. Bring to a boil over high heat, then add salt.
9. Add pepper to taste.
10. Boil for 8-10 minutes and then add water and starch to thicken.
11. Stir evenly and turn off the heat and set aside.
12. Cut the steamed tofu into small pieces with a spoon and put it into a bowl.
13. Then pour a spoonful of cooked chicken soup, pour a little sesame oil and sprinkle with coriander and serve.
