if you use pressure cookers, electric pressure cookers and other products to cook soybean soup, you don't have to soak it.
If you use purple casserole, rice cooker and other products that cook things slowly, then the soaked soybeans can be cooked faster, and the soybeans used for soup cooking are usually soaked.
Boiled soybeans can be cooked in a pressure cooker in ten minutes, in an ordinary pot with slow fire for more than twenty minutes, and in an ordinary pot with dried soybeans for about one hour.
1. Soaking time
Soybeans are soaked before cooking soup, which will be easier to taste and shorten the cooking time. Beans don't need to be soaked for too long. Unlike soybean milk and bean sprouts, soybeans used for cooking soup only need to be soaked and foamed, so the soaking time is relatively short. If the time is not enough, soybeans can be soaked for three to five hours, or even soaked in hot water, so the soaking speed will be faster.
2. Cooking time
It takes a long time to cook soybeans directly without soaking. Usually, it takes 2 minutes to cook them with strong fire, 3 minutes with slow fire, and then 1 minutes with strong fire. Sometimes it takes an hour to cook them thoroughly, while soaked soybeans can be cooked in a pot with strong fire for 1 minutes. If they are boiled in a pressure cooker for 8 to 1 minutes, the beans can be cooked.
3. Soup-making method
Soybean soup is usually cooked with meat. Common ones are soybean pork knuckle soup, soybean sparerib soup, soybean bone soup and soybean fish soup. Take soybean pork knuckle soup as an example, first clean it, chop it into small pieces, put the pig's feet in a pot, add water, ginger and cooking wine, boil it and wash it, and put pork knuckle, star anise and cooking wine in the rice cooker.
