Porphyra rice can be rolled tightly without bamboo curtains.
Don't put too much rice, or the seaweed will explode.
After laying sushi rice and favorite ingredients, roll forward a little bit from your own direction. Pay attention to hold the seaweed by hand to prevent it from scattering.
