Chef's certificate is divided into three categories: primary, intermediate and advanced, and there is also a technician's chef's certificate.

1. To apply for a junior chef's certificate, you must meet one of the following conditions:

1) You have reached the standard hours of primary formal training and obtained a certificate of completion;

2) Trained as a chef for 2 years;

3) The apprenticeship of chef position expires.

2. To apply for the intermediate chef certificate, you must meet one of the following conditions:

1) After obtaining the junior chef certificate, you have been working as a chef for three consecutive years, and you have reached the standard hours of intermediate formal training and obtained the certificate of completion;

2) Having worked as a chef continuously for 5 years after obtaining the certificate of junior chef;

3) Obtain the graduation certificate of the vocational secondary school or above.

3. To apply for the certificate of senior chef, you must meet one of the following conditions:

1) After obtaining the certificate of intermediate chef, you have been working as a chef for 4 years continuously, and have reached the standard hours after advanced formal training, and obtained the certificate of completion;

2) Having worked as a chef continuously for 7 years after obtaining the intermediate chef certificate;

3) College graduates who have obtained intermediate chef certificate have been working as chefs for 2 years continuously;

4) obtain the diploma of this vocational college.

4. One of the following conditions must be met to apply for the senior technician's chef certificate:

1) After obtaining the senior chef's certificate, he has been working as a chef for three consecutive years, and has reached the standard hours after formal training of professional senior technicians, and obtained a certificate of completion;

2) Having worked as a chef for 8 consecutive years after obtaining a senior chef's certificate;

3) College graduates who have obtained the certificate of senior chef have been working as chefs for 2 years continuously.
