Steps of steaming salted fish with radish
1. Ingredients: salted hairtail 1 strip, half of green radish. Ingredients: onion, ginger, garlic, dried pepper. Seasoning: 4-6 pieces of pepper, aniseed 1 piece, soy sauce 1 tablespoon, lard 1 tablespoon, and proper amount of peanut oil.
2. Replace the radish with a knife and slice it for later use.
