1 bag of yogurt bacteria (1g)
Pure milk 1-1.2L

First sterilize and dry the container. You can also rinse it in boiling water to avoid mixing in bacteria during the yogurt making process.
Prepare the yogurt cultures. Remove from freezer and allow to warm slightly.
First pour 200ml of pure milk, pour in the yogurt bacteria, and stir thoroughly with water-free and oil-free chopsticks.
Pour in the remaining pure milk to 1 liter, or 1.2L.
Put the container into the yogurt machine and set the yogurt program. The time depends on the temperature. In winter, the setting time can be longer, 9-10 hours, and in summer, the setting time can be shorter, 7-8 hours.
