What I did in these 20 days
1, quit my favorite milk tea and replace it with tea. Once upon a time, I had to have a cup almost every day. If I didn't drink it for a day, I would be depressed. I haven't touched milk tea at all in the past 20 days. I make myself a cup of tea every morning, but now I feel tired of going back to drink milk tea.
2. Eat more coarse grains and reduce starch intake. If you don't eat carbohydrate, you won't come to your period, which will affect your health. Therefore, you will eat it normally at noon, and you will choose some from corn, purple potato, chicken breast, vegetables, nuts and berries for dinner, but the calories of nuts are not low, so you will control the amount if you eat them.
3, exercise, this is very important, I have always believed in exercise to lose weight, at least 1 hour every day on weekdays+skipping rope 1000, occasionally do abdominal muscle tears, choose cycling, badminton, skating and other sports. In short, just choose your favorite sport and keep exercising.
4. I learned to look at the food energy meter and record the daily intake. I didn't look at the energy meter before buying anything, but I ate it when it was delicious. Now, if you look at it carefully, many snacks have 2,000 kilojoules 1 00g, which needs more than 2 hours of exercise to offset. However, I never get 1500 kilojoules for a full meal. Now, I can't help but convert it when I pick up snacks. This requires exercise1hr and that requires 2 hours of exercise, so I don't want to eat snacks.
