For me, who lost 20 Jin (my weight base is not large) within one year without affecting the output and quality of breast milk, I should have a very good say (I am really happy to lose weight).
Therefore, I want to share some experience of losing weight with every beautiful girl who is in the nursing stage of trouble and wants to be thin and beautiful ~
First of all, I advise you never to take diet pills, which are toxic in three ways. Some diet pills can't even be borne by adults, not to mention small babies (the medicine will be given to them through milk), even if the amount is small, it will be irreversible harm to children. (I ruled out the option of diet pills before I lost weight. I didn't dare to take them orally or externally. I was timid and afraid of hurting my baby. )
Second, find foods that are good for your lactation. Once there is a decrease in milk during weight loss, these foods will be your lifesaver.
Third, determine what kind of breast-feeding mothers you belong to. Some have milk when you drink soup, some have milk when you eat vegetables, and some have milk when you eat. During the weight loss period, keep the supply that is beneficial to breastfeeding, and the rest will gradually decrease. (I am breakfast: a pot of soybean milk, two steamed buns and one egg; Lunch: one or two pieces of steamed corn or sweet potato, a small amount of rice, two meats and two vegetables, mainly lean meat, and a pot of soup; Dinner refers to lunch. )
Fourth, try all kinds of sports, such as yoga, individual sports, whole-body sports ... Find the right exercise, gradually increase the amount of exercise, and find your own exercise time. (I work from nine to six. I go to work normally during office hours. I have to practice during lunch break and after the baby sleeps at night. Don't feel too sweaty ~)
Note 1: There must be a bottleneck during weight loss, even if you eat little exercise, you can't lose a lot of weight. If this happens, you should exercise less or not, increase your food intake for a week or so, and then control your diet and exercise, which is a new starting point.
Note 2: Once the milk quantity is reduced, make up the prolactin food immediately, so as not to lose confidence.
Note 3: Diet is a process of gradual reduction. You don't just say that you are full at six or seven points. If you suddenly stop eating, no one can stand it, and you are prone to overeating. First nine points, then eight points, then seven points, then six points. Come week after week, don't worry. After six minutes full, you will feel hollowed out after each feeding, and then you will need to supplement nutritious food, such as fruits, milk, yogurt, nuts, small cakes and boiled eggs (I will bring a boiled egg at work, and I can warm it with boiled water when I am hungry in the afternoon). In short, what is friendly to your own milk production, you can add what you want, not too full and not hungry. In fact, in this way, the total food intake in a day has not changed, but it has been divided into many times of eating.
Note 3: Weight loss must be carried out when the body recovers. It is not too late to go to the hospital for examination and practice again after the second month. I started after the physical examination, and gradually increased from 15 minutes a day to10.5 hours a day. The middle increase lasted for a whole six months. The advantage of gradually increasing exercise is that I can adapt, persist and be so lost. At the same time, I suggest you take notes and record your daily exercise ~
I am breast-fed until my child is one year old. I know that it is hard for breastfeeding mothers to lose weight without affecting breast milk. It is a long process, but there is also happiness. Come on!
Next time, share a little knowledge about pregnancy and parenting and the thunder you stepped on ~
