1. First, we prepare a handful of garlic, chop it into minced garlic and put it in the pot. Add white sesame 10g, pepper noodles 30g, if you don't like spicy food, you can put less, pepper noodles 10g, allspice powder 3g, and mix well.
2. Prepare two shallots, cut them into chopped green onions, chop a handful of parsley and a few millet peppers, cut them into rings and put them in the same pot for later use.
After all the materials are ready, we begin to make them. Add a spoonful of scallion oil and a spoonful of vegetable oil to the pot. When the oil temperature rises to 70%, pour a spoonful of hot oil into the bowl. Because there are many spices, mix them well first, so that the fragrance of the spices can be fully released when pouring oil. Then pour the remaining hot oil into the bowl, and with the boiling hot air, the spicy taste floats all over the room.
4. After the hot air dissipates, add 30g of aged vinegar, 30g of light soy sauce, 20g of balsamic vinegar, sugar 10g, salt 15g into the pot, stir to melt the seasoning, then add the cut materials and stir evenly, and a universal cold seasoning juice is prepared.
