Production process
1. Wash and peel the eggplant, cut into pieces and steam in a steamer for about 15 minutes, then place on a plate to cool.
2. Peel the garlic, mince it, put it in a bowl, add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and monosodium glutamate and mix well.
3. Pour the sauce over the eggplant.

Production process
1. Peel the eggplant, cut it into strips and cook it in the microwave oven. 2. Put the cooked eggplant into a container and set aside to cool.
3. Mix garlic paste, vinegar, salt, chicken powder, soy sauce and sugar to make a sauce and cool the eggplant.
4. Chill the eggplant with garlic paste in the refrigerator for 1 hour. You can also add some parsley.
