The solution is as follows:
Method 1:
1. Right-click the Start menu and click Task Manager, or ctrl+alt+delete and click Task Manager.
2. Open the Task Manager, as shown. First, click the name in the first column to sort by name, so that the process name remains unchanged in the list.
3. Then find a process called Windows Explorer below, with the icon as shown. Then click Restart in the lower right corner and wait a few seconds to solve the problem.
Method 2:
1. Press win+R to open the running window, enter powershell and confirm to run powershell.
2. You can view and operate the process in powershell. To restart the browser process, just stop it and it will restart automatically.
