1. Dried mushrooms are soaked; Clean the ingredients and slice them; Cut tofu into rectangular boxes; Chop the pork into minced meat, add 2 mushrooms, ginger slices and chopped green onion, a little water and cornflour, and add salt and pepper to make minced meat.
2. Carefully dig out the middle part of tofu with a spoon; Fill the pork stuffing into the tofu box; Heat the pot with a little oil, then add the soaked tofu and fry for about 1 min.
