Non-stick skin method of steaming wontons
Sometimes wontons wrapped more than one, put it in the freezer, and then when you cook it, the skin is easy to break. If you put them in the freezer, they won't taste good the next day, and the raw wonton filling will spoil easily.

Wrapped large wontons
Fill the steamer with water, and lay a piece of moist saran wrap on the rack, a clean handkerchief without saran wrap, or a silicone steaming mat will do.
