I opened this yogurt store in the winter of 2018, when the products were only pasteurized fresh milk, and a few simple yogurts. At that time, the business was average, but after the second spring, the business was particularly good, and the sales doubled several times, but after a long time, there were a lot of problems, such as the product line is a little less, customers can not come back and forth to buy these kinds of, and when the weather is cooler, the sales of yogurt slipped.

So I spent a month or two, analyzing the industry, and a lot of friends who do marketing chat about these issues, and came to the conclusion that the yogurt store business if you want to be good, you have to have a user mindset, to solve the user's problems.

So I started from the following 2 aspects, a short time business.

1, for the product line less problem,

Absolutely can not blindly increase the new products, increase too much at a time, the customer can not take long to get tired, you yourself because of the production of too much, but also will waste a lot of time.

My solution is to have a few staple products in the store, the best-selling series, and make them every day. Because my university is a biology food major, so research and development of new products for me, is not a problem, but the new product I will have a frequency, basically 2 months or so on a new product, the taste of the people is very much, the store turnover will increase, when another new product on the market, and then will cut before a certain product.

Currently, my store products are pasteurized fresh milk, old yogurt, liquid yogurt, hand-cranked yogurt, purple rice yogurt, cinnamon rice brewed yogurt, five grains of yogurt, warm yogurt, fruit salads, yogurt ice cream and so on.

After using this method, customers are very sticky and don't get tired of eating, they can often eat different products. I reached more than 1,300 regular members in less than 3 years.

2. Seasonal problems,

Because yogurt needs to be refrigerated, many customers, especially women and children, don't like to drink yogurt when it's cold. My solution was to develop a warm yogurt that can be heated, even in winter, so that customers can drink it whenever they want without thinking about the temperature.
