Material preparation: Oncomelania hupensis 500g, a small piece of ginger, three or four cloves of garlic, one onion, one onion, one red pepper, one green pepper, one parsley, three teaspoons of oil and sugar, four teaspoons of cooking wine, four teaspoons of soy sauce and three teaspoons of vinegar.
1. Wash the bought snails with clear water several times until they are clean.

7. Stir fry with 4 tablespoons cooking wine, 4 tablespoons soy sauce, 3 tablespoons sugar and 3 tablespoons vinegar. Stir-fry, add coriander segments and shredded green peppers, then stir-fry and serve in a minute or two.
