Main Ingredients
250g of Beef
2 Slices of Allspice Leaves
1 Star Anise
3 Cinnamon Pieces
5g of Pepper
5g of Fennel
3 Tablespoons of Light Soy Sauce

Oven Steps to make air-dried beef jerky
1. Wash the beef clean
2. Boil the water with all the above spices and seasonings for about 15 minutes to release the flavors into the water.
3. Put the beef in a pot and cook slowly for 5 minutes, then soak for about 2 hours. Allow the beef to shrink a bit, the water inside is discharged and the beef becomes firm.
