A handful of spaghetti (without any seasoning)
One or two tomatoes.
One or two potatoes.
Half to an onion.
Three to four cloves of garlic.
Appropriate amount of tomato sauce
Proper amount of oil
Method for making tomato and potato spaghetti
Soak tomatoes in hot water, peel them and cut them into small pieces.
Dice the onion and chop the garlic.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces.
Boil the water in the pot, then add the spaghetti and potato pieces and cook with salt and sugar in the middle. About 5- 10 minutes, the potatoes are soft and can be cooked.
Take out the potatoes and put them with tomatoes for later use. Mix the pasta with the oil to prevent it from sticking together.
Put oil in the pan, add the prepared garlic and onion, stir-fry until the garlic changes color and taste, and remember to put salt in the middle.
Then put the tomatoes and potatoes in and fry for a while.
Then add tomato sauce, right amount, until it can cover almost all the ingredients.
Then put the cooked noodles in and mix well. Don't put any more ketchup at this time, or it will be sour!
Then take out the pot ~ finish
