Preparation of ingredients
Pork with skin, Ningbo dried plums, Shaoxing wine, ginger, fine salt, Jiangnan soy sauce, broth, monosodium glutamate (MSG), sugar.
Making Steps
1, skinned pork. Cut into 3 cm square meat. Blanch with boiling water.

Method Steps
